If your utility data is not updating, but you've already set-up a "data exchange" relationship with your provider, first double-check to make sure you’re sharing your property with your provider correctly:
- Go to the property's Summary tab, and look for the "Sharing this Property" box in the lower right corner. You should be sharing with the Permission: "Exchange Data"
- Next, click on "View Contact's Permissions" in the Action menu to make sure your provider has "Full Access" to all the meters you expect to be updated.
- If you are not sharing with your provider, follow the steps in this FAQ to establish that relationship.
If you still are having problems, contact the provider directly (sorry, EPA ENERGY STAR cannot resolve this issue for you). Providers handle their own customers’ data uploads. Here's a list of contact information for utilities.
