I'm having trouble with the Update Use Details spreadsheet. Follow

There are two common mistakes when using the "Update Use Details" spreadsheet:

  • The “Update Use Details” spreadsheet is only for making UPDATES – you can’t make corrections (at least not today). As a work-around, you can enter the new date as 1 day later.
  • If you edit anything within the solid black lines, then you need to fill in ALL the boxes within the solid black lines that are related to that update. For example, if you are updating the Weekly Operating Hours – so you need to have a value for all 4 of the Weekly Operating hour boxes, even if the value hasn’t changed.

If you still have problems, contact User Support, and attach a copy of your spreadsheet file.
