There isn't an automated function to merge duplicate properties. You will need to merge them manually:
- Pick the property you want to keep
- Gather the information from the property you will delete (bills, use details, etc) and copy that data into the property you will keep.
- Use the "Download Property to Excel" feature (on the Summary tab) to help you figure out what needs to be copied over.
- Depending on the complexity of your data you may be able to use our upload spreadsheets to add meters and meter data.
- Delete the property that you are not keeping. Only the Property Data Administrator can delete a property. You can delete a property from it's Details tab.
