No. Portfolio Manager cannot accurately account for vacant spaces in most property types. There is no property type for “Vacant.”
However, if your property is one of the following types then there are special entry requirements if your property is more than 10% vacant:
- Medical Office
- Financial Centers
For other property types, it is not as common to have large portions that are entirely unoccupied or unused. For example, most Hospitals and K-12 Schools are filled to capacity and are often looking to expand. Therefore, we do not have any special entry requirements for other property types.
