I can't seem to get the /mapping/customer/(espCustID) method working properly. Why? Follow

Test Environment: Because there are no legacy accounts in the test environment, the mapping services do not work in the test environment.

Live Environment: The current mapping services do not support legacy IDs that contain special characters. If the mapping services are failing and your IDs contain special characters, please contact ENERGY STAR Support and we will work to resolve the issue.
