When a customer transfers one of their properties to a new account, is that new account automatically connected with my account? Follow

No, the connection is not automatic. The new account must send a connection request to your account during the transfer, and you will need to accept the connection request before you're able to pull any information on the new account. Note that while you will continue to retain uninterrupted access to exchange data with the transferred property, accepting the connection will convey the new account’s acceptance of terms and conditions and custom account level fields (if required).
