There's a distinction between buildings (properties) and a campus of buildings (associating a property to another property). In the new Portfolio Manager, properties are eligible for ENERGY STAR scores. Are campuses also eligible for scores? Follow

Any property that is correctly set up, whether a stand-alone property or a building that is a part of a larger campus, can receive an ENERGY STAR energy performance score. Portfolio Manager will use the data from the entity in question and will not use any data from its child buildings.

However, there are two property types explicitly designed to provide scores for campuses. Properties classified under the Hospital (General Medical and Surgical) or K-12 School property types provide the most accurate energy performance score when all buildings and energy meters are combined into a single property, and an energy performance score is provided for the entire campus.
