You can add contacts two ways:
1. Connect with another Portfolio Manager user (to share properties you must be connected):
- Click Contacts in the top right hand corner.
- Click the Add Contact button.
- Under the Find Contact in Portfolio Manager box, enter the search criteria. Tip: for the most accurate results, enter the individual's username in the Username field.
- Click Search.
- Locate the user you want to connect with.
- Click Connect to the right.
- At this point, you need to wait for this person to accept your connection request to be "connected."

2. Add a contact (for example, an LP who doesn't have a Portfolio Manager account):
- Click Contacts in the top right hand corner.
- Click the Add Contact button.
- Under Add a New Contact enter the appropriate information
- Click Add Contact
