In Portfolio Manger a user must set their account setting to make themselves searchable. If a user you are attempting to connect with has labeled themselves as "Not Searchable", you will not be able to find them in the system. Therefore, if you are unable to find a Portfolio Manager user, we advise you to request that the user make themselves as "Searchable". To change this setting, please see the instructions below:
- Go to "Account Settings" in the upper right corner
- Click the "Your Preferences" tab
- Select Yes for "Can other people search for you and send you a connection request?"
- Select "Make Changes" to save the change
