In order to add a Licensed Professional (LP) to a certification application, he/she must be one of your contacts in Portfolio Manager. *Please note, their contact must reflect the users professional designation.*
Use the Contacts link at the upper right corner to add or edit contact information. Once the LP has been entered as one of your contacts, they should appear on the drop-down menu when selecting a Licensed Professional.
The LP does not have to be a "connected contact."
