How is the EUI calculated for a Design Target of "percent better than national median"? Follow

If a user selects 50 (which is the National Median) as the Target Design Score, the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) would be the average energy expected for this specific building at a Score of 50. To determine the energy values for a Design Target of 20 “percent better than national median,” Target Finder first calculates the results for a design Score of 50, and then adjusts the target EUI to the user’s specified “percent better than national median” selection.
