Fannie Mae reporting requirements? Follow

Multifamily Housing properties are required to submit the 2017 Energy Performance Metrics (EPMs) to Fannie Mae in 2018 if your property is either:

  1. Financed with one of these Fannie Mae Loans: 
    • Green Rewards
    • Green Preservation Plus
    • Green Certification Pricing Break Mortgager
  2. Financed with ANY Fannie Mae Loan AND required to benchmark by local law in one of these 17 cities:
  1. Atlanta, GA
  2. Berkeley, CA
  3. Boston, MA
  4. Cambridge, MA
  5. Chicago, IL
  6. Denver, CO
  7. Evanston, IL
  8. Kansas City, MO
  9. Los Angeles, CA
  10. New York, NY
  11. Orlando, FL
  12. Philadelphia, PA
  13. Portland, ME
  14. Seattle, WA
  15. South Portland, ME (Mill Creek area)
  16. St. Louis, MO
  17. Washington, D.C.

The deadline for submission to Fannie Mae is set by your loan’s Servicer. The city’s deadline may be after the Servicer’s deadline.
