While a gap or overlap warning will not stop you from updating your meter, it’s always a good idea to resolve gaps and overlaps if possible as this will allow the system to generate metrics for historical reporting. If you are missing just a couple of days in your meter entries…
- Change the dates of your bills, or enter zero usage for the missing days.
- Be sure to mark this data as an "Estimation" so you remember that you weren't sure of the data (optional).
- Please be sure to click “Save Bills” on the bottom right of the screen after you have updated your data.
