How do I get rid of Large Meter Gaps? Follow

While a gap or overlap warning will not stop you from updating your meter, it’s always a good idea to resolve gaps and overlaps if possible as this will allow the system to generate metrics for historical reporting. 1. Close out the old meter (by unselecting the “Still In Use” check box and entering a “Date Meter Became Inactive” in the basic information)
