On the "Recognition" tab within your account, you are able to check on your application's status.
If you notice that your applications status is "Questions for Applicant" but you have not receive any questions:
- Review the application submitted to see who is the "Application Primary Contact" who the email with questions would have been sent to
- Check your spam folder for an email from ESCertification@energystar.gov
These "questions" must be responded to within 30 days or the application will expire.
