How do I get rid of duplicate meter entries? Follow

To remove duplicate meter entries:

  1. Click on the meter from your Energy/Water/Waste tab
  2. Select the box to the left of the meter entry for all entries you wish to remove - since the entries are duplicates, it doesn't matter which entry you select to be deleted.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the table and select the "Delete Selected Entries" option (with the red X). 
  4. 'Save Bills' at the bottom of the page to remove entries from the meter.
