How will the score updates affect my historical scores? Follow

All scores, including all historical scores, were updated on August 27, 2018. We needed to do this so you would be able to accurately compare your buildings’ energy performance over time. If we didn't update historical scores, you would not be comparing "apples to apples" in your metrics from year to year.

After the update, your previous scores are no longer accessible in Portfolio Manager. For those wanting to save their former scores before they were updated, it was recommended that they run a “Performance Highlights” report or create a custom report prior to August 26, 2018, then download and save those reports as described in reminder emails sent out to all Portfolio Manager users in advance of the update.

Previous ENERGY STAR certifications were not affected by these score updates.
